How Do Wellness Advocates Get Paid?

dōTERRA has one of the most generous compensation plans out there and the ability to really create whatever income you desire to create. It takes you out of the 9-5 grind and into a freedom lifestyle that you get to create.

There are several different ways that you earn an income in dōTERRA:

Fast Start Bonuses

You get paid off retail sales (least amount and rare), Fast Start (helps get you income right away), Power of 3 Bonuses, Unilevel Checks (the bulk of your paycheck overtime), and through Leadership Bonuses that you start earning at a Premier Level. These Leadership Bonuses help you earn commission off of the global sales of the entire company, which is amazing!

Fast Start Bonuses

When you first become a Wellness Advocate, you start earning this right away, and you get paid on this weekly. Whenever you help someone get their own oils and products, you earn from 5-20% back in commission.

Power of 3 Bonuses

This bonus is paid out monthly and will take a couple months to start earning. You will earn a additional $50, $250, or $1500 bonus each month based off of monthly Loyalty Rewards Orders (LRP orders)

Leadership Bonuses

These Leadership Bonuses help you earn commission off of the global sales of the entire company, which is amazing! This bonus is based off of your rank advancing in the company and is paid out each month.

Uni-level Bonus

Unlike many other companies, dōTERRA’s compensation plan allows you to earn the highest percentage of income on the lower levels of your business.

This just makes sense because as you grow and mentor your team leaders and structure efficiently for rank, you will notice your team grow much bigger on the deeper levels of your business.

Q: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER AND A WELLNESS ADVOCATE?re

A: The vast majority of people who enroll with a dōTERRA wholesale account simply want to get high quality essential oils at the best possible price. So, if you are just wanting to use oils for yourself and your family, then choose the Wholesale Customer option. If you are ready to launch your business with dōTERRA, choose the Wellness Advocate option. If you are unsure, start with the Wholesale Customer option and you can also upgrade your account at a later date at no cost.

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A DOTERRA WELLNESS ADVOCATE?

A: Whether you want to be a Wholesale Customer, or a Wellness Advocate, you get started right here. When you order your starter kit, it will give you two options: Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET STARTED?

A: You can start your dōTERRA membership in as little as $35. The best option is to get started with one of our starter kits so you can start using the oils for yourself.

Q: IS THERE AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

A: dōTERRA’s affiliate program offers you the ability to sell the entire dōTERRA product line and earn commissions. Whether you are planning to sell dōTERRA oils in a store, online, or share them with friends and family you must first upgrade your Wholesale Customer account to Wellness Advocate status. The upgrade will qualify you to earn income.

Q: DOES A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIRE ME TO "SELL" OILS?

A: No. Setting up a wholesale customer account is like joining Costco. You pay an annual membership fee which allows you to purchase dōTERRA products at a discounted price. There are no additional requirements.

Q: CAN I BECOME A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER FIRST?

A: Yes, if you would like to share dōTERRA products or resale them as a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate you can upgrade your account at anytime for no additional cost. We can help you with this process and understand how to effectively make an income sharing these amazing products.

Q: ARE THERE ANY SALES QUOTAS?

A: No.You can choose to build your business at your own pace and as it suits you.Obviously, your results are determined by your efforts. The harder you work, the more you can earn.
